Polo forest :
300 sq km Dry deciduous open forest on the Aravalli hills in Sabarkantha district of Gujarat.
Full of birds, mammals and reptiles & nearly 400 species of flora. Lots of butterflies...

The trip to the forest was great. It was nice to get away from cities for a while and simply relax. It all started @ 5:30 AM IST on 10th January, 2008 with all the perfect 'ingredients' to make a memorable trip :
